Philip Adams is an experienced executive, administrator and planner with a history of taking on challenging projects and developing talented staff. His liberal arts education has supported experience in a variety of industries. As Project Director of the Arkansas PROMISE Model Demonstration Project for six years, Philip inspired and engaged collaborators and exemplified servant leadership. He formerly worked as special assistant for agency and legislative affairs in Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe’s office. His responsibilities in Governor Beebe’s office included regular work with the Arkansas departments of health and human services. Adams represented Arkansas at the Aspen Institute, the National Conference of State Legislatures, and the National Governor’s Association. He worked for Beebe in 2010, 2011 and 2013. Adams has also worked in public relations and marketing, event management and production, and communications.
