Paula Fuller
Dr. Paula Fuller serves as the Senior Program Project Coordinator for the University of North Texas’ Workplace Inclusion & Sustainable Employment (UNT WISE) program
A dedicated advocate for equity and inclusion in higher education, Paula specializes in innovative strategies to support special population students, particularly those with disabilities, as they prepare for the workforce. With extensive experience in training, facilitation, and program development across various areas of higher education, she leverages data and instructional technology to design impactful programs that empower individuals to thrive.
One of Paula’s proudest accomplishments is her role in the creation of a groundbreaking degree program in Texas—an associate degree in Occupational Life Skills, which equips students with practical, career-focused skills. Her research interests include cultural competence, career development for individuals with disabilities, and postsecondary transitioning for young adults. Paula is deeply committed to creating accessible and inclusive environments that enable individuals to overcome barriers and reach their fullest potential.
