Avery Newman
Avery Newman graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2020 with her bachelor's in hospitality management. Since graduating, Avery has had the opportunity to work in hospitality in Chicago, IL, Covington, GA, and now, Fayetteville, AR. She loves coordinating events for UA Currents because it allows her to play a part in creating welcoming environments where people can feel comfortable to be authentic and grow in their relationships and leadership. She believes events are a great opportunity to bring people together and foster collaboration and community.
When Avery is not coordinating events for UA Currents, she is probably spending time with her husband, Cooper and her dog, Stevie or planning a bingo/game night with her family and friends.
