Antionette Williams

Dr. Antionette Williams, Leader, Professional Coach and 30-year state vocational rehabilitation veteran, promoting vocational rehabilitation organizational development, customer success and management mentorship. Dr. Williams is experienced in leadership and managing organizational change; guiding and directing vocational rehabilitation managers and counseling staff, as well as, implementing initiatives designed to promote competitive employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.

She’s was privileged to have oversight of the Bureau of Field Services Management and Operations; to include office of learning and development, employment programs, business relations, deaf, hard of hearing and deaf/blind, office of policy development and ticket-to-work. Additionally, she had oversight of the Bureau of Business Enterprise, Bureau of the Talking Book Library and the Rehabilitation Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Human Services, a Master’s in Public Administration & Policy and a Bachelors in Rehabilitation Services.
